NEW DELHI: Nationwide Convention (NC) President and Member of the Parliament from Srinagar Dr. Farooq Abdullah on Saturday mentioned the reluctance of Kashmir Pandits to return again to Kashmir deflates the incumbent authorities claims of return of peace to Jammu and Kashmir.
